What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your socks, please send us an email at pilot_socks@yahoo.com to give us a heads up! Also, include the reason for your return so that we can make improvements in the future. We can only accept socks that are unworn in their original, unopened packaging.​

What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE shipping throughout the USA on all orders over $50! We will do our best to make sure you receive your socks as soon as possible.

 

*Orders are shipped via USPS and delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days. International delivery is 7-15 business days.

*Orders made during the holidays may take longer.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we regularly run discounts, which will be promoted on our website or on one of our social media pages. You can also Join Our Mailing List to stay up to date.
