Something that I am happy to share with you is that for every pair of socks sold, we donate 2 pairs of regular crew or athletic socks to people in need. This started in 2018 when the wildfires were destroying entire communities in California. I considered donating money, but after doing some reading, it occurred to me that people needed everyday things that they had to leave behind as they escaped the fires. That's when I decided I would use money from sales of my socks to purchase socks in bulk and donate them to a nonprofit in Northern California. I am continuing to do that, but on a more local scale now, sending socks to local homeless shelters every month.
